Project Description

Road Rehabilitation Safety Project is a project to the Government of Serbia in implementation of first phase of the Government’s Program for the period 2014-2019. Implementation of works on heavy maintenance of roads, the Project will include activities, procedures and processes that advance contracting the Works. A key step of this phase provision of detailed designs for heavy maintenance that would be completed in compliance with modern principles of safe road designing.

Project Description

The Ministry of Infrastructure plans to continue widening of the M2 national road, Pristina-Mitrovica, the project is designed to expand the M2 national road, from the Lum i Madh to the exit of Vushtrri. In this Consulting Service, is required to review, design and construction supervision of National Road M2: segment Lumi Madh – Vushtrri – Mitrovica. The beginning of the track is at Lumi Madh village and the end of the track will be at the entrance to Mitrovica (L=20km), the final points will be assigned by the Ministry of Infrastructure.  Task 1 – Detailed Engineering Design (the section from 21.50km to 26.7km); Task 2 – Review of Existing Detail Design Documents (the section from 7.165km to 16.95km); Task 3 – Preparation of Technical Specification and Bidding Documents including selection, evaluation and recommendation on the qualified contractors for both sections Task 4 – Supervision of Works and Contract management along with IPC certification and approvals for both sections.

Services Provided

BOTEK will perform in following Task:

  • Preparation the Detailed Engineering Design (the section from 21.50km to 26.7km);
  • Review of Existing Detail Design (the section from 7.165km to 16.95km);
  • Assistances in Preparation of Technical Specification and Bidding Documents, evaluation and recommendation on the qualified contractors;
  • Supervision of Works and Contract management along with IPC certification and approvals (the section from 7.165km to 16.95km and section from 21.50km to 26.7km).

Project Description

Projects consist of Consultancy Services design review and construction supervision of road works (20.3km) including two fly overs and bus stations along the road.

Services provided; Review the design to ensure technical soundness prior to implementation of the works. Carry out Supervision of Works to ensure compliance with the approved design, drawings, specifications, conditions of contract and sound engineering practice. Review of the proposed traffic deviations during construction to ensure that the proposed traffic arrangement results in minimal disruption. Carry out supervision of activities during the defect liability period.

The duration of the assignment is 46 months with 248 staff months.  Construction work cost is US$ 200 million.

The contract is standard United Republic of Tanzania Government procurement contract in accordance with AfDb rules and procedures for the use of consultants. The Construction Supervision is in accordance with the FIDIC conditions of contract.

Technical Category of the road is: State Roads in an urban area.

Project Description

This work is the carrying out of the route studies of the approximately 17km long Vezneciler-Edirnekapı-Eyüp-GOP-Sultangazi Railway System Line. The project is determined within the frame of the Istanbul Metropolitan Area Integrated Urban Transportation Plan. Watching out for integration, standardization and also the optimization of the depot-maintenance area, carrying out of the comparative route researches at appropriate scales route alternatives that are to be developed. Determining of appropriate route in the direction of the results of the study, carrying out of the line based transportation studies. Developing of financing model that provides the supporting of the planned rail mass transportation route by real estate investments. Determining of the locations of the stations, the carrying out of the preliminary project designs of the stations and appropriate depot areas. Determining of the operating scenarios, preparing of the construction plans of the selected route with scale of 1/5000 and preparing of the Financial and Economical Feasibility Studies.

This project is located in the islands of Java (in provinces of Central Java and East Java) and Kalimantan (West Kalimantan and East Kalimantan).

Project Description

Ankara – Sivas Railway route is a part of the railway network from west border to east border of Turkey and is located on the railway networks of Europe – Iran, Europe – Middle East and Caucasian countries. Moreover, this line is located on the continuation of Pan-European 4. Corridor. With this project, existing Ankara-Sivas Railway route’s length which is 602 km will be decreased to 461 km. When Ankara – Sivas Railway Project is completed, travelling time between Ankara – Sivas will be decreased from 12 hours to approximately 3 hours.

Services Provided

Infrastructure Supply Works Construction Supervision and Consultancy Services for the Section II KM: 332+300 – 363+527 of the Ankara – Sivas Railway Route.
