Project Description
This project is located in the islands of Java (in provinces of Central Java and East Java) and Kalimantan (West Kalimantan and East Kalimantan).
Project scope consists of supervision services for Widening, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Construction of 77km of National, Provincial and Kabupaten Roads, Bridges and associated Drainage Structures. This is an ISDB financed project.
Services Provided
- Design review and detailed design activities are carried out to the appropriate technical standards
- Supervision services for widening, reconstruction, rehabilitation and construction
- Supervision guidance and organization of constructions supervision teams
- Establish and monitor construction quality assurance
- Monitoring of construction schedules comparing actual progress to planned
- Monitoring of costs and recommendation for approval of payments to contractors
- Support the Field Team, in supervision of the setting-up, organization and lay out of the Contractor’s field laboratory and in monitoring the mobilization of the equipment
- Monthly Payment Certificates
