Project Description:
The primary focus of this assignment is to prepare a comprehensive Detailed Design for the upgradation of ML-3 particularly Rohri-Sibi and Spezand–Alam Reg section of Main Line-3 (ML-3). Alam Reg station is at 513 km from Spezand, but it will be shifted to new location where new track from mines will join. The new location of Alam Reg is approximately at km 522 from Spezand. In addition, the scope also includes preparation of detailed design from Alam Reg station (new location at km 522) to Kohi Taftan which is around 90 km. Scope of Rohri-Sibi section includes preparation of plan profile, design of select bridges and raising of part of track to avoid flood damages.
